Report Page – Tracking Notifications & Payments
Overview
The Report Page provides a detailed summary of notifications sent to customers and partial payments received for preorders. Merchants can search, filter, and track customer interactions efficiently.
1. Notifications Sent
This section displays all notifications sent to customers for back-in-stock alerts and preorder updates. Merchants can search and track email delivery performance.
Features:
- Search Bar: Find specific customer emails by entering a keyword.
- Email Log: View a list of notifications sent, including:
- Customer Email – The recipient’s email address.
- Notification Type – Type of email (Back in Stock, Preorder, Reminder, etc.).
- Status – Delivered, Opened, Clicked, or Failed.
- Sent Date & Time – Timestamp of when the email was sent.
2. Preorder Report
This section tracks all preorder notifications sent to customers who signed up for early product access.
Features:
- Search Bar: Locate preorder-related emails by entering a keyword.
- Preorder Email Log: Displays details such as:
- Customer Email – Email of the customer who preordered.
- Preordered Product – The product associated with the preorder.
- Notification Status – Indicates whether the email was sent, opened, or clicked.
- Date Sent – When the preorder email was sent.
3. Partial Payment Report
This section allows merchants to view all partial payments collected for preorders.
Features:
- Show All Partial Payments: Displays a list of customers who made a partial payment for a preorder.
- Payment Details: Includes:
- Customer Name – Name of the customer.
- Order ID – Unique order reference number.
- Product Ordered – Name of the product.
- Amount Paid – The partial amount paid by the customer.
- Pending Balance – The remaining amount to be collected.
- Payment Date – When the transaction was processed.
