Welcome to 1M – Back in Stock | Preorder, your all-in-one solution for managing preorders and back-in-stock notifications on your Shopify store. This guide will help you navigate the dashboard and effectively use its key features.
Dashboard Sections
1. Welcome Section
- Displays a welcome message and a brief introduction to the app.
- Shows your Order Limit and the number of preorders processed under your current plan.
- Provides an option to Increase Limit by upgrading your plan.
2. Enable App Embed
To properly integrate the app with your Shopify store, enable the app embed in your theme settings.
Steps to Enable App Embed:
- Open your Shopify Admin.
- Navigate to Online Store > Themes.
- Click Customize on your active theme.
- Go to App Embeds in the theme settings.
- Enable 1M – Back in Stock | Preorder and Save changes.
3. Preorder Setup
Enable preorders for out-of-stock or upcoming products.
Steps to Set Up Preorders:
- Click the Preorder button in the app dashboard.
- Click Add New Offer → Create New Offer.
- Select a product from your store.
- Customize the preorder button settings (e.g., button text, styling).
- Click Save to activate the preorder offer.
4. Back In Stock Notifications
Allow customers to receive notifications when out-of-stock products become available again.
Steps to Set Up Back In Stock Notifications:
- Click the Back In Stock button in the app dashboard.
- Customize the Back In Stock button design.
- Set up notification preferences (email/SMS).
- Enable notifications for customers and save changes.
