Notification Page – Email & SMS Alerts
Overview
The Notification Page enables merchants to manage email and SMS notifications sent to customers when products are back in stock. It is divided into two sections:
- Settings – Configure and customize email notifications for different events.
- Integrations – Connect with marketing platforms to send SMS notifications.
1. Settings – Email Notifications
Merchants can manage automated email notifications sent to customers based on their interaction with the Back in Stock feature. The system automatically sends emails at different stages to keep customers informed.
Email Notification Types
Notification Name | Description | Customization Options |

Thank You Email After Subscribe | Sent when a customer signs up for back-in-stock notifications. | Merchants can customize the subject, body, and email styling. |
Back-in-Stock Notification Email | Sent immediately when a product is restocked. | Merchants can modify the email content and layout. |
Campaign Reminder 1 Email | First reminder email sent 1 day after the initial notification if the customer hasn’t purchased the product. | Merchants can adjust the delay, subject, and email content. |
Campaign Reminder 2 Email | Second reminder email sent 3 days after the initial notification if the customer hasn’t purchased the product. | Merchants can edit the email template and set conditions. |

Customizing Email Notifications
- Click on the notification title to edit its content.
- Modify the subject, body, images, and call-to-action buttons as needed.
- Use dynamic placeholders such as:
- {{ customer_name }} – Customer’s name
- {{ product_name }} – Name of the product
- {{ shop_url }} – Shopify store link
- Save changes to apply updates.

2. Integrations – SMS & Marketing Platforms
The Integrations tab allows merchants to connect their store with external marketing platforms to send notifications via SMS.
Supported Marketing Platforms
1. Twilio – SMS Notifications
Merchants can send SMS alerts to customers when a product is back in stock using Twilio.
Integration Steps:
- Enter the following Twilio credentials:
- Account SID
- Auth Token
- Twilio Phone Number
- Enable Twilio to start sending SMS alerts.
- Test the integration by sending a sample notification.

2. Brevo – Email & SMS Marketing
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) allows merchants to send automated email and SMS campaigns for back-in-stock notifications.
Integration Steps:
- Enter your Brevo API Key.
- Connect your Brevo account to start syncing customer notifications.
- Configure automation rules for sending SMS and email sequences.
- Save and test the integration.
